The two stars of Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update sketch weren't hosts Michael Che and Colin Jost this week. That honor goes instead to two of their guests: Aidy Bryant, as herself (sort of), and Kenan Thompson, as LaVar Ball.
Bryant used her segment to get real with America about being a women in 2018. Mixing bits of herself with an "overly accommodating woman" character, Bryant pulls the curtain back on deeply ingrained gender identities in our culture.
