Marvel's next superhero made sure people got to see 'Black Panther' with inspiring idea

The Marvel superheroes stick together, even when they're teaming up off screen. 

Brie Larson, the star of the upcoming Captain Marvel, used her sizable Twitter following for good by starting a thread for people who wanted to buy Black Panther tickets for anyone who couldn't afford them. Using the #payitforward hashtag, she started coordinating between those seeking to help, and those who didn't have the means for a ticket.

Very quickly, the post started receiving widespread traction. People from Atlanta to South Africa were offering to buy tickets and then coordinating through Twitter DMs. Even actress and filmmaker Haley Webb got involved. Read more...
